What does that look like in practice? After a project is completed, Hendrik Veder's experts take inventory of the existing lifting equipment. They inspect, refurbish, test, approve, and administer the assets. This approach leads to substantial savings for the customer because valuable equipment can be reused safely and efficiently. New equipment needs to be purchased less frequently. When you join Hendrik Veder, your first day will consist of a comprehensive onboarding program. During this day, colleagues from all departments will visit to talk about their work, allowing you to learn as much as possible and get to know your colleagues. Afterward, you'll be assigned to the production hall for a few days, where you'll be working with the Production Team to manufacture our high-quality products.
