Lead our engineering and maintenance teams for LUC Group, overseeing equipment and building upkeep in NL and B. Drive technical enhancements and support development initiatives. Ready to elevate our operations? 🛠️

About the job

-Manage engineering projects and maintenance for LUC Group, prioritizing Dutch and Belgian plants.
-Focus on preventing production downtime and ensuring safety in equipment inspections.
-Improve tools and introduce new technologies.
-Provide maintenance instructions and digitize records.
-Supervise teams in NL and B.

About you

-Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
-Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
-Broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
-Experience with lathes, CNC, and PLC is advantageous.
-Proficiency in CAD drawing, preferably SolidWorks.
-Strong planning and organizing skills.
-Effective communication in Dutch and English.
-Driven, innovative, and creative mindset.
