Elk jaar verlaten gemiddeld twee superjachten de droogdokken van de werf van Koninklijke De Vries Scheepsbouw. Luxe, op maat gemaakte jachten die zich onderscheiden door de kwaliteit van constructie, techniek en afwerking.

Onze kennis over de jachtbouw delen wij graag met jong talent zoals jij! Binnen onze organisatie hebben wij diverse stagemogelijkheden zodat je meer kan leren over een bepaald vakgebied. Daarnaast heb je ook de mogelijkheid om bij ons af te studeren of een BBL-opleiding te volgen aan ons eigen BedrijfsOpleidingsCentrum. Ben je al enthousiast geworden? We zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste en gedreven studenten/leerlingen op middelbaar, mbo, hbo of universitair niveau. Die passie hebben voor de jachtbouw en graag meewerken aan de realisatie van de mooiste jachten ter wereld.

Feadship is the world's leading designer and builder of luxury motor yachts. This is the result of years of craftsmanship.
Working at Feadship is special. This quintessentially Dutch company has roots dating back to 1849. How wonderful is that? Feadship is a group of closely collaborating companies that are among the absolute global leaders in superyacht construction. Since 1949, Royal De Vries Shipbuilding and Royal Van Lent Shipyard have been building the most beautiful custom-built superyachts under the Feadship brand. Feadship is the brand name of our yachts.
If you work for us, you'll be employed by one of Feadship's companies. This could be a shipyard, a production company, or our own design and engineering firm: De Voogt Naval Architects. This means we have all the expertise in-house to build our beautiful ships, from the first sketch to sea trials.
And it doesn't end there. To ensure a Feadship remains a Feadship, we have a Refit & Services department. There, we service the fleet and carry out updates at the owner's request – again, entirely according to their wishes and needs. This can range from a new paint job to extending a Feadship. Anything is possible.
At Feadship, you'll work at the absolute pinnacle of superyacht building. Craftsmanship, passion, and meticulous attention to detail result in a beautiful end product. Every Feadship is unique and custom-built, precisely to the client's wishes. A unique end product that everyone is proud of. We believe it's important for you to be able to develop yourself. That's why we offer a wide range of training courses to help you reach your full potential. We also focus on internal knowledge sharing: from colleagues, for colleagues. These sessions are organized for everyone within Feadship. This way, we learn from each other and simultaneously safeguard Feadship standards.
Feadship stands for "lifelong learning." This is partly to promote the sustainable employability of employees, and partly to facilitate internal advancement and further development. Therefore, we offer a wide range of high-quality training courses, delivered by professional and enthusiastic external trainers. You have a wide choice of these training courses.
At the Feadship Academy, all Feadship companies collaborate to promote employee development and training. The goal is to ensure employees remain employable. Some of these training courses are offered in-house. Other courses are offered externally.
By expanding your knowledge and experience, you can expand your responsibilities and grow. This can be done vertically, for example, by moving from skilled worker to foreman. It can also be done horizontally, developing into a specialist in your field. We'll discuss this during your development reviews. What are you good at, and what would you like to develop? How can you become even better at your job? Is that possible in your current role? Or are there opportunities with similar responsibilities and tasks, but perhaps in a different department? Together, we'll explore which career path is right for you.
