We have a great opportunity within the area of maritime regulatory affairs and Intellectual Property Rights. You may also be asked to contribute to work related to GDPR, Sustainability, ESG, business and IT law as a part of our legal team.

What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a dedicated student assistant to be an active member of our Legal team. You will need a problem-solving mindset because no day will be the same. Working closely with your experienced colleagues, you will have a key role planning, coordinating and executing tasks relating to corporate legal functions and supporting Regulatory Affairs. For example, you will be responsible for coordinating various internal and extern fora relevant for our business and supporting our many internal stakeholders with legal material.

Your skills and efforts will be key to successfully:

  • Planning, coordinating and executing tasks relating to the legal department and compliance
  • Analyse, develop, implement and maintain new legislation, internal processes and policies, locally and globally
  • Creation and implementation of local guidelines and on-going re-evaluation of these
  • Support to Regulatory Affairs on Intellectual Properties Rights and administration of patents
  • Support in legal risk management and sustainability management
  • Navigate in a global organization with many stakeholders and assist them on an ongoing basis
  • provide ad-hoc practical and administrative support to your colleagues

You’ll work approximately 2 full days per week, with flexibility to adjust to your personal life – with favourable flexibility around exam periods.

What we’re looking for
You are currently studying your BA.jur., or have at least 1.5 years left of cand.jur.

You are driven and looking for exactly that company which can offer you a student job and later a permanent position in our Legal Division.

  • Good communication skills and can convey complex legal topics clearly
  • Good collaboration skills and ability to navigate in a global Company
  • The ability to work independently and make well-considered decisions
  • A methodical and structured approach to your tasks and natural sense of details
  • Fluent Danish and English skills, both orally and in writing
