Bij Holland Shipyards Group bouwen we met passie aan innovatieve schepen. Achter elk project schuilt een sterke organisatie, een strak plan en een team dat samen voor het hoogste resultaat gaat. Als Manager Projects breng jij deze elementen samen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de oplevering van onze schepen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en controle van onze productieprocessen. Je ontwikkelt procedures, toetst nieuwe opdrachten op haalbaarheid, bewaakt calculaties en houdt overzicht over de werfplanning. Daarmee vorm jij de schakel tussen Sales, Projectmanagement, Werkvoorbereidingen de uitvoering.
Je stuurt de afdelingen Engineering, Projectleiding, Werkvoorbereiding, Service en QSHE aan. Samen met de Werfmanager zorg je dat elk project technisch én organisatorisch soepel verloopt. En ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij technische, plannings- en financiële vraagstukken.
Daarnaast ben je als lid van het Managementteam medeverantwoordelijk voor de groeistrategie van Holland Shipyards Group.

Our first shipyard has been in operation since 1981. Since then, we've grown into an organization with a broad focus but an overarching vision: whatever we do, we do it with a strong belief that we can improve the status quo.
This means we've been on the road for quite a few years and have built up experience. Our team is proof of this. Many have been part of our family business for years, sometimes from the very beginning, and will remain so in the future.
At our shipyard, you quickly become part of the family. Sometimes this even means we disagree, as happens in the best of families. But it always stems from good intentions. We go the extra mile for each other, growing together and towards each other. We believe that working in this environment fosters collaboration and results in the best products.
