As Senior Tender Coordinator at HEBO, you bring together insights from various teams and translate them into structured documentation that supports our bids for offshore installation, removal, and decommissioning projects. The Role
Lead and coordinate tender preparation for offshore installation and decommissioning projects.
Review client specifications and ensure that HEBO’s proposals fully address technical, operational, and QHSE requirements.
Gather and consolidate input from internal specialists to define scopes of work, methodologies, schedules, and cost estimates.
Prepare method statements, technical descriptions, risk assessments, and other supporting documents.
Manage timelines, facilitate clarifications, and support conversations with clients throughout the tender process.
Who we are looking for
Technical background in maritime, mechanical, or offshore engineering.
At least five years of experience in offshore installation, heavy lifting, or decommissioning.
Commercial or tendering experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical and organisational skills, combined with a structured way of working.
Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
