Wat ga je doen?

Bij Draftec krijg je de kans om te leren en hands-on ervaring op te doen binnen jouw vakgebied. Of je nu werkt aan cutting-edge heavy lifting equipment met geavanceerde aandrijvingen en besturingen, meedenkt over employer branding en recruitment, of bijdraagt aan de positionering van Draftec in de markt, jouw inzet maakt impact.

Afhankelijk van jouw studierichting:

Techniek: Je draait mee in het ontwerpproces en past technische concepten toe in de praktijk, met focus op innovatie binnen de offshore- en zware industrie.
Marketing: Je helpt met het uitrollen van campagnes, contentcreatie, marktanalyse en online zichtbaarheid van onze high-end oplossingen.
HR: Je krijgt een actieve rol binnen onze HR-processen, recruitment, onboarding en interne communicatie.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische leeromgeving waarin je wordt uitgedaagd om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en nieuwe oplossingen te verkennen. Sluit je aan bij ons team en geef je carrière een vliegende start bij Draftec!

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Je volgt een BBL/AD/Bachelor/Master in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, HRM of Marketing/Communicatie
Je bent enthousiast en leergierig
Je toont inzet en interesse in jouw vakgebied
Je hebt een proactieve en creatieve mindset

About Draftec

Where it all started

Draftec is an independent, privately owned engineering and manufacturing business. Currently owned by Martijn Boone and Martijn Holtkamp, it was founded by the former in 2009. Since then, the company has grown into a specialised system integrator and manufacturer of custom-designed, multi-disciplinary systems and mission equipment for the heavy industries. Draftec has highly developed in-house knowledge in the fields of mechanical design, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and control system software and automation.

Evolving as we needed

In 2016, they moved into a brand new head office and began expanding their production facilities from these new premises.

At Draftec, we have a young and dynamic team that loves a challenge, not only from a technical point of view, but also in terms of planning. By using a direct approach and communication policy both within the company and with our clients and suppliers, we can react to challenges with a great deal of flexibility.

In recent years, Draftec has become a significant player in the high-end equipment and system solutions market. To further expand our position, we aim for continued growth within the organisation.

Sectors: Offshore Wind, Marine & Dredging (Cable laying equipment), Heavy Lifting & Industrial Machines, and Civil Structures (Bridge and lock drives).
Preferred educational level: MBO (Vocational) for service and assembly roles; HBO/WO (Bachelor/Master) for engineering and design roles.
Preferred education: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Systems, Mechatronics, or Product Design.
Career level: All levels, including Starters, Experienced Engineers, and Students/Interns (Product, System, Project, HR, and Marketing).
