Wat ga je doen?

Je combineert strategisch inzicht met hands-on uitvoering. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

Sparringpartner zijn voor de business op strategisch en tactisch niveau.
Opstellen van kwaliteits- en risicomanagementstrategieën en adviseren over implementatie.
Proactief integreren van nieuwe klant- en marktvereisten in processen en procedures.
Bouwen aan een robuust kwaliteitsframework voor onze businessunits en projecten.
Zorgen dat de businessunit volledig in control is op kwaliteit en risicomanagement.
Onderhouden en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
Identificeren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen om consistentie te waarborgen.
Vertalen van contractuele kwaliteitseisen naar praktische, uitvoerbare oplossingen.
Beheren en mitigeren van kwaliteitsrisico’s en verbeteren van werkprocessen.
Uitvoeren van interne en externe audits en andere compliancechecks.
Beheren van NCR’s, corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen, inclusief RCA’s.
Monitoren van kwaliteitsdata en KPI’s en adviseren over verbeterstrategieën en mitigatieacties.

Wat breng jij mee?

Ervaring met het opzetten en verbeteren van kwaliteitsframeworks en managementsystemen.
Diepgaande kennis van normen (ISO 9001, AQAP, ISO 31000) en compliance vereisten.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om stakeholders te overtuigen.
Strategisch, analytisch en hands-on ingesteld.

Alleen kandidaten met een geldige EU-werkvergunning worden als kandidaten beschouwd. Vanwege onze defensieprojecten is het belangrijk dat je in Nederland woont, Nederlands spreekt en de Nederlandse nationaliteit hebt.

Let op: wij zoeken geen QA-professionals uit de software, voedingsmiddelenindustrie of farmacie.
De rol vereist ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement binnen een technische, projectgedreven en industriële engineering-omgeving (bijv. maritiem, machinebouw, equipment engineering of systeemintegratie).

If you have completed your preparatory secondary vocational education (VMBO) you can start at our in-house Technical Training Centre. We also have plenty of development opportunities for employees with senior secondary vocational education (MBO), higher vocational education (HBO) or a degree from a university (WO).

They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
