De rol
Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, engineers en inkopers en vervult een cruciale rol in het financieel beheersen van complexe projecten. Je krijgt de kans om processen mee vorm te geven, verbetermogelijkheden te signaleren en het verschil te maken in hoe wij grip houden op uitdagende trajecten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Als Projectcontroller krijg je een afwisselende en zelfstandige functie, waarin je een aantal projecten tegelijk begeleidt. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen dagelijkse financiële rapportages en het opzetten van strategische beheersstructuren. Je rol is breed en impactvol: van forecasting en budgetbewaking tot business case analyses en stakeholdermanagement. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om eigen initiatieven in te brengen en je rol verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw profiel
Je bent een ondernemende en communicatief sterke controller die zich thuis voelt in een technische omgeving. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen cijfers, processen en mensen en weet hoe je grip houdt op projecten waarin niet alles vooraf vastligt. Daarbij ben je flexibel, nieuwsgierig en werk je graag samen in multidisciplinaire teams.

Een salaris tussen €4500,- en €8000,- bruto per maand, plus 8% vakantiegeld.
Veel vrije tijd: 40 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, met de optie om extra verlof te kopen of te verkopen.
Een winstdelingsregeling waarmee je meedeelt in het succes van Royal IHC.
Flexibel werken: Een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,45 p/dag + eenmalig € 750 om je werkplek in te richten.
Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer voor de dagen dat je naar kantoor reist.

They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
