Voor onze Hardware afdeling zijn we opzoek naar een beginnende Electrical Engineer.

Jouw functie:

Samen met je hardware engineer collega’s werk je aan de diverse projecten.

Je ontwerpt en onderhoud de producten en instrumenten die onderdeel uitmaken van de monitoring- en control systemen aan boord van de baggerschepen die Royal IHC bouwt.

Jouw taken:

Tot jouw taken behoort het maken en onderhouden van electrische tekeningen (EPLAN), motageplaatindelingstekeningen (in AUTOCAD), samenstellingstekeningen, kabelschema’s en vermogensberekeningen. Daarnaast beheer je onze standaard tekensjablonen (templates), elektrische componenten en producten. Al het werk wordt gereleased, beheerd en door jou opgeslagen in ons Product Data Management (PDM) systeem.

Jouw kennis:

Afgeronde mbo/hbo-opleiding in de richting van tekenaar ontwerper Elektrotechniek.
Kennis van EPLAN en AutoCAD is een pré.
Enige ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is gewenst.
Een goede algemene basiskennis van elektrische componenten en productiemethoden.
Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
Je bent zelfstandig, initiatiefrijk en beschikt over goede communicatie vaardigheden.

Wij bieden:

Een bruto maand salaris tussen €3.515,- en €4.341,- + 8% vakantiebijslag.
Goede werk/prive balans met 40 vakantiedagen (waarvan 13 ADV dagen) met de mogelijkheid tot het (ver)kopen van verlof.
Als richtlijn hanteren wij dat je maximaal 40% van je tijd thuis mag werken. 
Daarnaast ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer en een netto thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,45 per dag.
Je krijgt korting op de aanvullende zorgverzekering van VGZ en winstdelingsregeling.
Een middelloon pensioenregeling via PME waarin zaken bij onverhoopt overlijden, arbeidsongeschiktheid of werkeloosheid goed geregeld zijn.
Ook heeft Royal IHC een Sociaal Fonds waaruit zorg- en aanverwante kosten deels vergoed kunnen worden die niet onder je zorgverzekering vallen.
Je krijgt een opleidingsbudget van €1.500,- met groeimogelijkheden tot € 5.000,-. We beschikken over onze eigen ‘IHC Academy’ met meer dan 21.000 (externe) trainingen.
Onbeperkt sporten in onze eigen fitnessruimte (bij inlevering van de duurzame inzetbaarheidsdag).  
Ben je door je proeftijd dan krijg je eenmalig €750,- netto op je rekening om jouw thuiswerkplek in te delen.
