De Product Manager Autonomous Platforms is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, positionering en levenscyclus‑sturing van autonome platformoplossingen binnen Royal IHC. De rol vormt de strategische schakel tussen marktbehoeften, technologische innovaties (zoals autonomous dredging & Mission Master) en de interne organisatie. De Product Manager zorgt dat autonome oplossingen aansluiten op klantbehoeften, schaalbaar zijn binnen de markten waarin wij werken, en bijdragen aan de strategische groei van Royal IHC. Als Product Manager Autonomous Platforms krijg jij de unieke kans om deze propositie verder te versterken, het portfolio internationaal te positioneren en de koers te bepalen in een snelgroeiende markt.

Jouw rol:

1. Productstrategie & Roadmap

Je ontwikkelt een samenhangende visie en productstrategie voor autonome platformen en vertaalt markt- en klantbehoeften naar een gevalideerde, toekomstbestendige productroadmap.

2. Ontwikkeling van het autonoom productportfolio

Je definieert en onderbouwt nieuwe autonome productinitiatieven door businesscases op te stellen, innovatieprojecten te initiëren en de impact van productwijzigingen te coördineren.

3. Productontwikkeling & Validatie

Je stuurt het volledige end‑to‑end ontwikkelproces aan door multidisciplinaire teams te leiden en kwaliteit, prestaties en voortgang te bewaken.

4. Commercialisatie & Marktintroductie

Je zorgt voor succesvolle productintroducties door commerciële documentatie, marketingmaterialen en salesondersteuning te coördineren.

5. Product Lifecycle Management

Je beheert de totale levenscyclus van autonome producten door prestaties te monitoren, verbeteringen door te voeren en consistentie binnen de productarchitectuur te waarborgen

Wat jij brengt:

Proactieve instelling, “can‑do”-mentaliteit en sterk organisatorisch vermogen
Analytisch en strategisch sterk, in staat complexe technische materie simpel en commercieel relevant te maken
4–7 jaar relevante productmanagementervaring, bij voorkeur in hightech, digital, autonomous of engineering‑gedreven omgevingen
Academisch werk- en denkniveau
Ervaren stakeholdermanager, communicatief sterk op tactisch en strategisch niveau

Royal IHC biedt jou:

Een salaris tussen €6800,- en €9000,- bruto per maand, plus 8% vakantiegeld.
Veel vrije tijd: 40 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, met de optie om extra verlof te kopen of te verkopen.

Flexibel werken: Een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,45 p/dag + eenmalig € 750 om je werkplek in te richten.
Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer voor de dagen dat je naar kantoor reist.
