Royal IHC
Voor onze machinefabriek in Kinderdijk zijn we specifiek op zoek naar: Machine Operator Frezer / Kotteraar.
Als Machine Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vervaardigen van hoogwaardige producten met behulp van een CNC-gestuurde machine (Siemens 840C). Je werkt op basis van technische tekeningen, specificaties en werkvoorbereiding. De producten variëren van klein tot zeer groot (tot wel 25 ton!) en bestaan voornamelijk uit enkelstuks, zowel voor nieuwbouw als reparatieprojecten.
Je werkt zelfstandig en je taken bestaan onder andere uit:
Plaatsen van het product op de machine (met hulp van een bovenloopkraan);
Maken van eenvoudige CNC-programma’s aan de machine (voor complexe producten wordt een programma en gereedschapslijst aangeleverd);
Samenstellen van de benodigde gereedschappen;
Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen;
Bepalen van gereedschapskeuze, kwaliteit van wisselplaten en snijcondities;
Gebruik van meetmiddelen zoals micrometers en speermaten.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze positie:
Ben je in het bezit van afgeronde MBO-4 diploma en heb je enige ervaring als Machine Operator
Kennis op gebied van verspanen uit diverse materialen zoals Staal, Brons, RVS, Duplex, wit gietijzer.
Of je hebt een achtergrond als allround CNC draaier, Frezer of Carousseldraaier en bent bereid te leren.
Je bent resultaatgericht, kwaliteitsgericht , flexibel, ordentelijk en collegiaal samenwerkend proactief ingesteld.
Heb je een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
Ben je in het bezit van het VCA-certificaat, hijsbewijs bovenloop kraan, of ben je bereid dit te halen.
Wij bieden:
· Een bruto maand salaris tussen €3.349,- en €4.256 + 8% vakantiebijslag.
· Goede werk/prive balans met 40 vakantiedagen (waarvan 13 ADV dagen) met de mogelijkheid tot het (ver)kopen van verlof.
· Daarnaast ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer.
· Je krijgt korting op de aanvullende zorgverzekering van VGZ en winstdelingsregeling.
· Een middelloon pensioenregeling via PME waarin zaken bij onverhoopt overlijden, arbeidsongeschiktheid of werkeloosheid goed geregeld zijn.
· Ook heeft Royal IHC een Sociaal Fonds waaruit zorg- en aanverwante kosten deels vergoed kunnen worden die niet onder je zorgverzekering vallen.
· Je krijgt een opleidingsbudget.
· Onbeperkt sporten in onze eigen fitnessruimte (bij inlevering van de duurzame inzetbaarheidsdag).
In 2042 (wanneer we 400 jaar bestaan) zal Royal IHC een volledig energieneutraal bedrijf zijn.
Selectieprocedure:
Na jouw sollicitatie vindt er eerst een cv-selectie plaats. Als jouw profiel voldoende aansluit, volgt een korte telefonische intake met de Corporate Recruiter. Vervolgens doorloop je een selectieprocedure bestaande uit twee gespreksrondes. Na een positief tweede gesprek plannen we een (telefoon)gesprek in om de arbeidsvoorwaarden te bespreken. Wij streven ernaar om de volledige selectieprocedure binnen vijf weken af te ronden.
