You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, making this role ideal for someone who thrives in both conceptual and operational settings.</span></p><p> </p><p><span><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Define and scope infrastructure improvements and modernization initiatives</span></li><li><span>Oversee architecture design across IT projects</span></li><li><span>Design scalable and resilient IT infrastructure solutions (networks, servers, storage, cloud, etc.)</span></li><li><span>Maintain and execute infrastructure roadmaps</span></li><li><span>Define and enforce standards, policies, and best practices</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal requirements</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span>You will report to the VP – Infrastructure & Operations and collaborate closely with IT leadership, project managers, and key stakeholders. The role is based in Kaunas (hybrid work model) and includes approximately 10–20 travel days per year.</span></p><h3> </h3><h3><span><strong>Strategic thinker with strong technical expertise</strong></span></h3><p> </p><p><span>We’re looking for someone who is organized, methodical, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You communicate clearly and confidently, aligning stakeholders with facts and insights.
